Are You Going to PEI/NACS In Atlanta This Year?

People want to know!

By Eva Chambers

PEI's Convention is the one time each year PEI distributors and manufacturers come together. While the key purpose of a trade show is to connect buyers and sellers, another benefit of attending a show like PEI/NACS is the opportunity to meet with industry peers, renew old relationships and establish new ones.

The 2007 PEI/NACS show
is in Atlanta
November 7-9.
Register for the show
at
www.pei.org.

If you plan to attend this year's meeting, do your homework. Learn who else plans to attend. Which of your customers will be in Atlanta this year? Which of your vendors are exhibiting? Which companies are exhibiting new, innovative products that can fill a current need? Use a pre-registration list to plan the people you want to meet with, and the events and product demonstrations you wish to attend. Plan your time in Atlanta and then work your plan.

Use the next issue of The PEI Journal (online and in the mail on October 22, 2007) to review an updated list of Petroleum Services Exhibitors, and discover what each is planning to showcase in Atlanta. The review of this year's convention will be a valuable shopping list for all convention attendees.

Why Pre-Register?

  • Advance registration saves you and your company money.
  • Advance registration saves you time. You can avoid the long lines on-site, which eat up time you could spend networking with industry colleagues.
  • Registering through PEI ensures that your registration fees remain with PEI.
Planning ahead has never been easier. Visit www.pei.org/show to register for the convention. Planning ahead will make this year's convention more profitable and, after all, isn't that why you want to be there in the first place?

If for some reason you are unable to register in advance of the convention, PEI staff will be on hand at the PEI counter in Atlanta. By visiting with PEI staff, you will be informed of last minute details and events. As a member, you're entitled to all of the benefits association membership entails. Take advantage of your status as a member and visit the PEI Counter!

Use the PEI resources to plan your time while at PEI/NACS. Once your homework is done, all that's left for you to do will be to put on some comfortable walking shoes, go and work your plan.
